License Management
Robonito uses a flexible licensing model to provide its advanced automation features to teams of all sizes. The License Management section (accessible via User Settings) allows you to monitor your current subscription status and ensure your automation pipeline remains active.
License Verification
Robonito performs an automatic license check whenever the application is launched. This verification ensures:
- Validity: Your license key is active and has not expired.
- Seat Count: You are not exceeding the number of concurrent users allowed by your plan.
- Feature Access: Advanced modules like Cloud Execution or Mobile Testing are enabled for your account tier.
Troubleshooting License Issues
If your license check fails, the application may enter a "Limited" mode.
Common License Errors:

UNAUTHORIZED | Invalid or missing license key | Re-enter your key in the License Management menu |
EXPIRED | Your subscription period has ended | Renew your subscription via the Robonito portal |
SEAT_LIMIT_REACHED | Too many active users on one key | Deactivate an unused seat or upgrade your plan |
OFFLINE_VERIFICATION_FAILED | App couldn't ping the license server | Ensure your machine has an active internet connection |
Updating Your License
To update or reactivate your subscription:
- Navigate to Settings > License Management.
- Click Update License Key.
- Paste your new key and click Verify.
- The application will immediately refresh your feature access status.
